A human-sounding AI customer support agent for a medical alert company. It guides seniors through device setup and troubleshooting, lightens the load on the support team, and hands real emergencies to a person right away.

Our client provides medical alert devices, mostly to seniors living independently. Their human support team was taking a very high number of calls every day.
Many of those calls were simple: “I can’t find the button”, “Where is the charger in the box?”, “How do I use my new device?” Every one deserved a patient answer, but together they kept agents from the calls that needed them most.
The goal was clear from day one: support the human agents, not replace them, and keep caller safety above everything else.
Yes, when it is designed for them. We built this agent to speak slowly and warmly, use plain language, repeat steps on request and guide callers one small step at a time, like finding a charger in the box or locating a button on a new device.
No. In this project the agent handles the repetitive setup and troubleshooting calls, so the human team has the time and energy for calls that need a person. Anything sensitive or urgent goes to a human.
Safety is built into every call. If the caller describes a real alert, a fall, pain or anything that sounds urgent, the agent stops troubleshooting, reassures them and transfers the call to a live human agent right away.
Any team that gets a high volume of repeat questions by phone: device and product support, clinics, home care, and service businesses. We design each agent around your callers, your processes and clear rules for when a human takes over.
Yes. We build AI receptionists and support agents for clinics that answer calls, guide patients, book appointments and pass anything clinical or urgent to your team. Book a free call and we will map out what it could handle for you.
