Using this website
Webnso Digital Studio operates this website under the Webnso brand. These terms cover your use of this website and explain how separate purchase terms apply. They are not, by themselves, a client service agreement or membership contract. If you hire Webnso, a written project agreement sets out the scope, price, timeline and responsibilities. Memberships such as Show Up Club will have service-specific terms presented before purchase or enrolment.
Information on this site
Content here is general information about our services. Prices described as starting points are not quotes; we provide a fixed written quote after a call. Project examples describe past work and do not promise the same outcome for your clinic.
No ranking guarantee
Search engines and map listings are controlled by third parties. We do not guarantee any particular ranking, traffic, call volume or number of patients.
Enquiries
When you send a message you agree to provide accurate details, and not to include patient information. How we handle your details is explained in the privacy policy.
External services
Call booking happens on Cal.com, which is not run by Webnso and has its own terms. Where a paid service is offered, an external processor such as Stripe may handle the payment. Our privacy policy explains how related information is handled.
Paid services and who collects payment
Webnso Digital Studio may collect payment for Webnso projects, digital services and memberships, including Show Up Club. The service may have its own brand, but the applicable checkout, invoice or agreement will identify the business supplying it and collecting payment. This website's terms do not themselves authorise a charge.
Before you commit to a purchase, the applicable checkout or agreement must explain the service, currency, price, applicable taxes and charges, payment schedule, and cancellation and refund conditions. You will have an opportunity to review and accept the purchase terms. Paid features are available only when an actual purchase option has been enabled; describing them here does not open a checkout or start a subscription.
Trials, subscriptions, cancellation and refunds
Creating a free account, making an enquiry or starting a card-free trial does not authorise a payment. Activating a paid plan requires choosing the plan and confirming its billing terms.
If a plan renews automatically, its price, billing interval, renewal conditions, cancellation method and effect of cancellation must be explained before you subscribe. Cancellation and refund requests are handled under the terms you accepted for that service and applicable law. These general website terms do not create a blanket no-refunds policy or remove rights that cannot legally be waived. You can contact us for billing questions using the contact details above.
Intellectual property
The Webnso name, logo, text and design on this site belong to the operator unless stated otherwise. Client work shown is displayed with the relevant context for portfolio purposes.
Applicable rights and service agreements
Nothing in these website terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Any service-specific liability limits and dispute terms belong in the separate written project agreement. These website terms should be reviewed by the operator before publication.
Changes
We may update these website terms and post the updated version here. Doing so does not retrospectively change a separate project or membership agreement you have already accepted. Material changes to paid-service terms will be handled through that agreement and applicable law. A review date will be shown once the owner has reviewed these terms.
